Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
We want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, each item is created with care and attention to detail. Slight variations in color, texture, or shape are part of what makes every piece unique and are not considered defects.
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Products must be returned in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Please note that certain items, such as personal care products (e.g. soaps), cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If your item arrives damaged, we kindly ask you to contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the product and packaging, so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Refunds are processed once the returned items are received and inspected.
Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Personal care products (such as soaps, skincare items)
- Opened or used products
- Custom or made-to-order items
These items may only be eligible for refund or replacement if they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company
- Contact your bank (processing times may vary)
If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Complimentary Gifts
From time to time, we may include complimentary gifts with your order as a small gesture of appreciation.
These items are provided free of charge and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Complimentary gifts are not covered under our standard return policy and cannot be replaced unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Coupons & Promotions
If a discount code or promotional coupon was used on an order, the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
- Refunds are issued based on the actual amount paid, not the original price of the items
- The value of the coupon or discount will not be refunded
- Coupons are single-use and cannot be reissued once used, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item
If your return is approved due to an error on our part (e.g. defective or wrong item), we may, at our discretion, issue a new coupon or full refund.
